Refund policy

We have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items should be sent back without undue delay and, where possible, in their original packaging.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Proof of purchase is required to help us identify your order.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@swishandswosh.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: MardukCorp, Martinstr. 8, 52062 Aachen, Germany.

Unless the return is due to our error or the goods are defective, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

If your return is accepted, you can send the items back to us to the address stated above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalized.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalized. This includes, but is not limited to, products that are individually configured by selecting features such as ears, eyes, or mouth.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If your withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
